About Me

I am a former staff attorney for the Social Security Administration, now representing Social Security disability claimants in private practice.

I have practiced law since 1983, and I am a member of the Oregon and Tennessee State Bar Associations. I am a sole practitioner, so only one lawyer will represent you throughout the claim process.

I represent Social Security and Supplemental Security Income claimants in northwest Oregon and southwest Washington before the Social Security Administration and its Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, located in downtown Portland on the Max line. I take cases at the initial level, on reconsideration, and at the hearings level and beyond.

I am also a member of the Multnomah Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).
