Who I Am What I Do How I Am Paid
Dana Busch, Attorney at Law

I am a former staff attorney for the Social Security Administration, now representing Social Security Disability and SSI Disability claimants in private practice.

I have practiced law since 1983, and I am a member of the Oregon and Tennessee State Bar Associations. I am a sole practitioner, so only one lawyer will represent you throughout the claim process.

I will work for you at all stages of the potentially lengthy disability claim process, obtaining medical records and statements from your doctors about your limitations and how they prevent you from working.

I will thoroughly prepare your case for hearing before an administrative law judge, and I will request an "on the record" decision where appropriate, possibly rendering your appearance at a hearing unnecessary.

If you don't get benefits, I receive no fee. If you do get benefits, generally my fee will be 25% of past due benefits, up to a maximum of $6,000.

This fee structure is mandated by the Social Security Administration for both the Social Security Disability and SSI Disability programs.
